There is no proof he was born in Hawaii. When his mother divorced BO's step father, Obama was listed in the Soetoro/Dunham divorce papers, as dependent on Lolo Soetoro for the purposes of education. As Obama was over the age of 18 at the time, he could only be considered the legal child of Lolo Soetoro if he was legally adopted by Soetoro. Evidence points to him being adopted by Lolo Soetoro, to becoming (ca 1966) an Indonesian citizen. No evidence exists that he was ever an American or that he reclaimed American citizenship.

And all that nonsense about his mother’s age at the time of his birth is just that, nonsense.

First, Obama as a child, could have been adopted by Fidel Castro and it would have had no impact on his American citizenship.

And Wong Kim Ark is clear that persons born in the United States of resident aliens are citizens are birth, natural born citizens.
