Must be a graduate of the Brownback school of national politicing.
If Sarah can establish herself as an unabashed Anti-Amnesty type, she not only wraps up the nomination, but she now doesn’t even have to worry about Dobbs getting to her right as a 3rd Party candidate.
Of course this issue seems difficult for Republican leaders to understand, when only about 95% of the base is on one side.
“Dobbs twice mentioned a possible legalization plan for the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in the U.S., saying at one point that “we need the ability to legalize illegal immigrants under certain conditions.”
Which is NO different than the position taken by either Fred Thompson or Sarah Palin who have stated that they oppose “blanket” and “not total” amnesty. SAME THING. Same as Bush, same as McShamnesty.
I don’t support Lou Dobbs as a candidate, regardless of his position on amnesty. And I won’t support Palin or Thompson BECAUSE of their position on amnesty.
Not on the BC issue!!!
