Can you imagine what the Dems in Congress would do to him?
“If we dont stop focusing on Willard and get serious about stopping the unelectable socialist Huckabee, a repeat of 2008 is assured.”
Who in the heck are they polling for Huckabee to have that kind of percentage?
You’re right! We’re doomed if we let the media choose him as the nominee and I think that’s what’s happening.
Like the song sez “get a haircut and get a real job”.
Maybe he could sell used cars, or timeshares in FLA.
I CANNOT understand how he could possibly have 48%!!!

He should just go back to Taxachusetts, shut up, and get out of politics. He will NEVER be president.
A liberal with a sub-50% approval rating in his own party poses no primary threat whatsoever. This is what is commonly referred to as "beating a dead horse". Romney is going nowhere.
If we don't get serious about the real threat, the unelectable statist Huckabee, we're going to have a repeat of 2008.
Would you be happy with Huckabee as your nominee? Because that's what we're going to get if we waste our time and ammo going after a dead-in-the-water Romney. And Huckabee is certain defeat, moreso than even McQueeg.
I don’t get Huckabee polling as well as he does. Nice guy, but I’ll never forget his flip-flops on tax and financial matters. We need a strong fiscal conservative who won’t cave in to the rats. Huck’s record is quite weak in that area. He compromises with rats. He reminds me of McCain in some ways.
Sheltered and isolated? Sorry I don’t see it. He’s had a great deal of success in the private sector. You don’t have that kind of business success that way. His Olympic management was strong and effective.
Negative remarks about Reagan? That’s new and would want to see more on that. If he was saying something to those fools in Mass. trying to play it down I can see that.
Would need to see and hear more to prove he has a tin ear and such as you say.
I think the poster was talking about a national poll. This poll is a poll of pubs only.
Inside the beltway is out of touch. The nominee will not be Romney. Romneycare and his general weasel quality will finish him.
He also sucked up to the homos by giving the Boy Scouts the ax during the Olympics.
Oh, geez. I like Huck as a person but not as a candidate. I can even see a place for him in a pub administration. He’s a capable man and seems like a good man, but his record on compromise is more than I can take. Also, his TV show would provide way too much ammo against him, some of it deserved. No, he’s not who we need or want in a candidate for ‘12. He’s just not a street fighter. We need someone who understands the fine art of political guerilla warfare, and that ain’t Huck.
Romney’s time has come and gone. We need new leadership. I hope that Romney will understand this and not attempt another run for POTUS.
Mormon royalty, wealth, elite and exclusive private schools, BYU( as if he needed more Mormonism in his life), Harvard, finance.
No sports, no military( he did say his Harvard sons hanging out in his campaign was like serving in Iraq ) no local/county/state office( too pedestrian ). Two years of diddling as Governor, then on the road for the last two years, more or less ripping off citizens out of a full time Governor. He should of resigned two years in.
Yeah. Mitt, real salt of the earth type.
1994 Mitt on Reagan, abortion...

Rommneycare was the disaster. I think he is a good family man where McCain is a mean nasty little sh*t like Graham-nesty or NY-23 Newt.
Mitt did help out Michelle Bachmann when the GOP/RNC cut off her money in the last election (2008) after she had a comment about Islam. Conservative talk show hosts also mentioned Michelle’s situation and people around the country helped her out with donations.
Mitt is not a bad person but he is a bit too RINO. A real shame because he is a smart guy.
Oh, he’s never jumped off the globull warming bandwagon. Beware of rino’s disguised as conservatives. Pawlenty, Jindal, and others are a younger version of Newt, power hungry, moving up the corporate ladder, not caring for our country’s well being. (I’ll NEVER forgive Newt for his couch moment with pelosi). They are crafting their treachery in conservatism. I’d especially put an eye on Jindal. I’m hearing all sorts of stuff that is sending up red flags. Nothing concrete, don’t know the source, but hearing warnings from local in the know people, conservatives. I listen to a LOT of local shows on up and commings.
He cannot escape RomneyCare. He's over. We're whacking an empty piñata for kicks when there's serious work to be done.
Besides, not so sure Huck will make another stab at the nomination.
It isn't a strong possibility. It's an ironclad certainty.
Huckabee is running and he is the unanimous choice of the media and the political left to be our nominee.
Romney is such a RINO. Do you think he would’ve been governor of Taxachusetts if he weren’t?
Let’s see, what are my choices? Palin, who actually reformed something as governor of Alaska, wants to use native natural resources instead of making tin-horn terrorist nations rich, and doesn’t run things based on opinion polls. Or a cluster of PC RINOs that are pro-bailout, pro-illegal immigration, scared into paralysis on Korea/Iran/China/Russia, and never have a negative word about the global-warming scam. Gee, tough choice...NOT!
