Among profiling characteristics defining potential rightwing terrorist recruits are those holding beliefs to reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or to reject government authority entirely over areas of life.

You have to give the left their due. They realized what was at stake with Bork and for twenty years have held off getting a conservative majority on the Court.
