I see your comment received the same response mine did over here. Disgusting for a conservative site.
“How about just a little drip of pig grease from some nice bacon...”
.
Stop with the jokes about pig grease and bacon. He’s probably eaten more bacon and drank more booze than you have. These guys are just as phony as the day is long.
Take any flight on a non-Muslim carrier out of the ME and notice how fast muslim women and men order their first martini once the plane is in the air.
He's not a civilian and the execution of the crime occurred on a military base.
The military *owns* his ash. They should be the ones to try and fry him (well "inject" him)
It happened on a US military installation. The military wants his ass, in fact they already own it. It's just about what they are going to do with it.
Take the trial out of the military system, and you might have a mutiny on your hands.
The LEO was a Ft. Hood Department of Emergency Services officer, not a "Texas LEO". Both of them were federal officers.
“Take the trial out of the military system, and you might have a mutiny on your hands....”
IF this clown gets anything less than the death penalty, there will be more than just a regular old military mutiny on THEIR hands. They’ll wish thats all they had.
If you want to observe the grasping at straws by a hack lawyer, follow John Galligan’s statements to the press. He flails around like a drunk running down hill.
His first statement was about the pre-trial hearing in which he was not there and had no reason to be there; now he is there and it was a waste of his time.
Hasan should get another lawyer; one that will be creditable. Not that I want him to be acquitted, but I just don’t want a mistrial because of incompetent representation.
Judges and other lawyers stated on the news this morning that Joe Blow criminal for killing 14 (unborn baby)would be in a jail cell as long as their vitals were stable. Why is a terrorist getting special treatment?
maybe, just maybe, and just in case, we can have always have a civilian trial for Francheska Valez’s baby.
Those virgins aren't going have much to worth with then. Too Bad, So Sad. NOT!
I would advise moving him to hell. But I guess that has to wait until after the Court Martial meets, the appeals are conducted, etc. Meanwhile, if Ft. Hood has a brig, with facilities for a paralyzed prisoner, then that's where he should be moved. If not, United States Disciplinary Barracks at Ft. Leavenworth surely has such facilities. The trial could then be held at the War College. The regional facility at Ft. Sill probably could be used as well, and is even more isolated in "friendly" territory.
Probably an "abudance of caution", they want no overturning of the trial result on appeal. IF he is paralyzed from the chest down, it's not like he' going anywhere. He is confined to a US Army facility, and has armed guards.(and likely some steely eyes nurses and medics too) I don't think either Ft. Hood or Ft. Sam Houston have appropriate facilities and the Army definitely wants him under *their* control, not in some civilian jail.
For some reason I thought he was at a civilian hospital in Corpus Christie????
Nope, he's at BAMC, Brooke Army Medical Center, on Ft. Sam Houston, in San Antonio.
I hope he has a colostomy bag, and will for the rest of his, hopefully short, life. I hear it's a real turn off for the 72 virgins, although it probably has the opposite effect on "Big Bubba" in the Big House. (Course the Big House he'd be going to, US Disciplinary Barracks, Ft. Leavenworth has no Big Bubba, at least not on death row).
