The active-duty and National Guard public affairs people haven’t yet released a lot of details, but it would not be uncommon for a National Guard enlistee to finish his basic training between his junior and senior years of high school, and then come back for his advanced individual training after graduation. But right now I do not have an answer to your question.
Sorry. I missed the part about him joining while still in High School.
