Inside word is no formal announcement - just “understandings” between various parties.
Act 1 included the trip to China - herein Hu got on Hussein's case about the debt they hold - to which Hussein replied, it was “part of my plan How much, Mr. Hu, is making the US go away worth to you anyway?”
Hu was quite delighted with the low cost solution...
For next 3 years I don’t care if they do away with fighter coverage over DC completely. Get rid of the AF One escort too while they are at it.
