It doesn’t say anything about cruel OR unusual, just not both.
You remind me of the South Park episode where Ms. Cartman was trying to get an abortion for her third-grade son.

I think the comment was made with a healthy dose of sarcasm. You need to relax a little and get a grip.
I was replying to a post where somebody was referring to the pro choice argument of “I wouldn't have an abortion, but I don't want to impose my views on somebody else”. I was referring to her disgusting mother.
The post I responded to was something like “I wouldn't kill a child, but I don't want to force my views on someone else”. I don't remember the exact wording of that post but that is the basis of it.
I knew after I posted it, that it would be construed incorrectly. But it was too late to pull it back. I was basically mocking the pro choice argument and not the little girl. That is all.
I love children, I have three of them, so I don't want you to get the wrong idea. I was referring to the mother's actions. She did basically what you would do in an abortion. She threw her child away, but it is prosecutable. Yet killing a child in the womb is no different. That is all I was referring to.
From what depths does such evil as this mother imposed on her own child, come from?
My prayers are for that beautiful child.
Do I have to say that I am being sarcastic. I guess I shouldn't take it for granted that people will get it. I like to give Freepers more credit. I thought that we were all a pretty bright bunch.
