According to Fred Grandy (WMAL, former congressman)- that Owens was seated before being certified, should invalidate Owen's vote(s)- which would make Loosiana Cao Cao the idiot holding the bag on the healthcare bill passing Nope. Even without this bogus Dem and Cao, there would still be 218 votes.
220 - 1 - 1 = 218
