When O.J. Simpson was found innocent, they had his blood, mixed with Nicole Brown Simpson's on the scene, and in trails from one room to the next. And yet he walked. Should a similar outcome occur in this case, it would not shock me if we as tax-payers would be responsible for the cost of transporting them to their jihadist homelands where they go right back to work attempting to strike America again.

During jury selection, the defense will eliminate anyone who had a friend, relative or acquaintance murdered on 9/11. Given the political bent of most Manhattan residents, who as committed RATs believe that we deserved it, an acquittal or conviction on a lesser charge is a distinct possibility.

As an attorney, that would be my first allegation along with the denial of a right to a speedy trial. If they get a judge with the mentality of Justice Sonia Sotomayor, you are absolutely correct that they will walk. Even if they don't, a constitutional oriented judge would have to release them on that basis. Bad news to say the least!! This administration is well aware of that fact and still did this. I read a book recently in which "politically-inspired murder" was made a federal crime, supposedly to fight it more effectively.

Then the president started pardoning killers whenever he approved of their victims being dead, even before a trial took place. Since the President's power of pardon has no constitutional limits, this essentially allowed the president to pronounce capital judgments on his opponents without right of appeal.
