A man with no military experience or any knowledge of military history tells his advisers that he doesn't like their options which have been carefully presented. A man who is supposed to make decisions does not make them. Please tell me how anyone would describe these actions as those of an intelligent and thoughtful person.
Obama is not qualified to be the Commander in Chief. He should not have that authority.
