Costa is a Lap.. errrr Blue Dog Democrat. And a d-bag. IF we can get someone decent to run against him and get some money, he could be out of office in 2010. He has been of no help on the water issue, plus this vote, should put his career into its well-deserved grave.

Actually I think it should say he was promised $128 million. He hasn’t received anything but a politician’s campaign promise.
That’s a fact. I’m praying to God that this dies in the Senate.
