1. She is indeed a hero, but so typical of brave American servicewomen.
2. It’s unfortunate that her name is being spread about on the internet because now she and her child will be in danger.
3. I hope she recovers quickly and with a minimum of pain or damage.
4. What sort of gun was she carrying that it took four shots to bring the perp down at close range? I wonder if she was carrying a 9? I have heard too many stories of perps taking many, many shots from a nine before they go down and it’s beginning to seem that LEOs should carry something more serious.
That remark is withdrawn if it turns out she was carrying a .45 ACP or something expectable as a military sidearm.
