How many millions per 'saved' job will this cost us?
The figures on the clunkers program estimate it cost $25,000 for each car sold.
The only folk that benefited was the auto outfits - and only temporarily as only the people who could afford a new car payment and new car insurance, bought them - THAT MONTH - and then car sales went into the toilet. No real net gains.
And the truth about the phony 'jobs created' numbers comes out - lying through their teeth.
YOu want jobs? Do NOT let the tax cuts expire in Jan...get off small businesses backs.
But do they really WANT more jobs - or less? After all, one of the top musts of the commie way to take over a country is first to destroy it - and rampant unemployment is one of the keys.
AS disconcerting as these actions of this administration is, it's even more so that they do it all so blatantly, as though they aren't worried about the next election...as if they aren't planning on there BEING another election.
The clunkers program was a disaster.
The flu vaccine is trickling out way behind - and take this example: In my daughters school where she has 3 children, they have sent home permission slips to be signed ahead of time - but they have no choice is which they will have - the nose live virus or the shot - as the school doesn't know which they are going to get.
No permission from my daughter and hubby.
The gov't has 'controlling the riot of people trying to get the vaccine' exercises across the country during the summer - then a week or so ago the pres. declares a state of emergency = and then the gov't doesn't have near the amount of promised vaccine ready - (and it still largely untested)
OH yeah. We need these people in charge of health care...not that it's a "health"car bill - it is a Socialist take over bill.
We must not allow it - or our voices will be soon be silenced...
About three months before next years elections you will see that money being spent on "shovel ready" projects in contested districts. Each one will have a lib paper showing a photo of a Dem congresscritter handing out money to some local Dem flunky or some community organizer. They will show people with actual shovels or tools of some sort digging holes in the desert or knocking down deserted buildings. The caption on the headlined photo will be: "See what Obama and the Dems are doing for you." After the election all the "shovel ready" projects will be abruptly abandoned. To wait for the next election.
I think Obama is salivating at what cash for clunkers did to GDP. He’s gonna do this on a massive scale going into the 2010 elections just in time for the news to trumpet 5 or 6% growth. There will be no attention paid to the 500 billion or so pillaged from us. I’m telling you, he has found the ultimate fundraiser with these bailouts.
But they haven’t even finished handing out the bribes that represents the first one...
The democrats have closed door huddles on the health care bill - and CHANGE the LOCKS to keep out any republicans (yet Rahmmm is in there with them) - and no one dare call it a COUP? Does no one question the illegality of locking one party out of hearings?a.A coup d'état. b.A sudden appropriation of leadership or power; a takeover )

Wake up, America. There has been a COUP, call it one or not, in our capital.
Watch for more stealth bills to get out guns - first through requiring all guns be registered - so's they know where every one is = preparatory to another law to collect them.
That's how Hitler did it. First, they have to know who has what guns.
They also are still trying to get through the marked ammo law. That would have every bullet manufactured -marked. And; everyone who bought ammo would have to register that sale...then, bingo, they know who has guns and what guns, by the ammo they buy...and that ammo will be coded to YOU.
The law, if they sneak it through (they tried last spring, but the NRA was on it and it got shelved - but they will try again, sneak it through inside some other bill having nothing to do with it -
anyway, part of that law will outlaw reloading and require you to turn in all old, unmarked ammo.
Can't you just see all the gun owners handing in their ammo? yeah, right. "Ah, gosh, I done already shot all that off!" (Prove different, Mr. Dictator.)
But they do have another registration of ammo bought bill coming up. JOin the NRA - they'll keep you informed ahead, and we need their support - and they need the bucks to do it.
Freedom aint' free...we have to fight on all fronts.

I’d take Biden over obama ANYDAY! At least Biden loves this country and would, I would hope, stand up to our enemies.
Two ways that BHO can stimulate job growth:
1. Cut taxes for everyone...including those who actually HIRE people.
2. Resign, and take his buffoon VP, SoS, Speaker of the House, and Senate Majority Leader with him.

I’ve been saying for some time that the easiest way for all these po folk to be taken care of is for all their names to be put into a hat and then just draw out a name and send it to some American working taxpayer, telling them that this is the person they are responsible for supporting (in addition to the family they are already taking care of).
It would save a lot of time and nonsense to just tell me which member of the uninsured non-taxpaying citizenry I’m responsible for. I could just send them a monthly check and save everyone a lot of time and trouble.
Their attitude: Screw you if you're White and middle-class...you derseve what you're getting and what's coming.
Good chart. If Pelosi gets her way, we’ll have a similar one for health care spending “predicted” by the socialists without her takeover of medicine (inflated predictions to justify the power grab), predicted with socialized medicine (low-ball estimates, again as justification), and actual costs once Pelosi, Obama, and ACORN get their corrupt hands on all that money. I hope we never have to see the shocking differences between predicted and actual costs for government run health care.
Don’t spend a penny on anything that isn’t necessary. Let’s bring this economy to a screeching halt...no new cars, no new appliances, no new AV equipment, keep the Christmas spending to the barest minimum. The socialists thinkk they can spend their way out of this? They will only make it worse. Spending doesn’t create wealth. Investment does. Government spending is always a net drain on the economy. Starve the Beast!
