The NYS GOP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the DNC.
Like any ancient regime, the GOP is desperate. They need the conservatives more than ever. Who would trust them? And if you want continued gooberment growth, the Dem’s do it way better, faster.
We need to have a conservative caucus that will slam the GOP for it’s joined at the hips with Washington corruption. And vote with the GOP for leadership, but be a thorn in their side, and occasionally vote with the Dems when they screw up, or accidentally get a good idea.
A conservative caucus, going over the heads of the GOP, and certainly the Democrats can have effect beyond it’s numbers.
We got to start somewhere. A fully formed, dropped from Heaven party isn’t going to happen. But we can BEGIN to hold the GOP to its decades of palaver( to be polite ) about reducing government.
I think we should attack where ever there is oppurtunity. Anywhere, anytime, be flexible. Like supporting Hoffman. Heck if the GOP tried, they’d have to have months of planning, millions in spending.... Any conservative success, anywhere is welcome. We don’t need a plan right now, we’re too few. We need to keep making splashes.
