Here's a messagethread which really helped me out yesterday, perhaps there's some info on it that might help you out, too.
Setting the people up to die: A conspiracy of silence about swine flu natural remedies
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2386143/posts
I had the same cold for well over a week, it started out as flu symptoms, and two of my friends recently were diagnosed with bronchitis - but now I feel fine.
To: Monkey Face
Ulcer?
Try going wheat/gluten free for a couple weeks; there are several people with either celiac disease or wheat intolerance who've posted online about severe ulcer pains any time they mistakenly injest anything containing wheat/gluten. Seriously, I read about this about a year and half ago - their docs didn't believe them, as it's not a typical textbook symptom.

Thanks! I’m already a believer in natural medicines because I have CFIDS (Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome) which doesn’t respond to prescription or OTC meds.
As for the flu and colds, I haven’t had either one in 20 years or better. Mostly because PWCs have an “up-regulated” immune system.
My problem right now is ulcers, and I need to research them to find the natural meds for them.
But I appreciate any new URLs that can help find natural remedies and cures. Thanks again!

I don’t eat much in the way of wheat/gluen products, though I do appreciate the help. Among other things, I’m hypoglycemic and try to keep all carbs at a very low level to prevent the super drops in blood glucose after a sugar rush. Been that way since I was a kid.

IF you are that tired and you have an ulcer, you should get tested by a doc ASAP, as you may have H.Pylori induced iron deficiency anaemia.
The way to get rid of ulcers is to go to the doctor and get the appropriate antibiotics to kill off the H.Pylori ulcer-causing bacteria.

H.Pylori — I remember somebody I knew looking that up back in the early ‘90s. Was the first I’d heard of bacterial ulcers.

"And you know that... how?" I am observant, and I have noticed a certain Frankness in her recent posts.
