Half a loaf is better than none?
Yup. Yet we have an entire cabal of Obama enablers right here on FR that heap nothing but scorn on the “birthers”
He said his father was a Kenyan. That in itself disqualifies him!!!

I believe that was the intent of the founders without a doubt but it is very likely that a modern court might say that ANYONE born in the United States is a natural born citizen regardless of parentage.
Personally I don’t think it would even make sense to put the language in the constitution unless there was a clear understanding at the time that natural born meant two American citizen parents and I believe that anyone born to two citizen parents could have been born in Canada, Mexico or even Kenya and still be a natural born citizen. The hooplah over McCain’s birthplace ended up saying exactly that, that he is a natural born citizen even though not born in this country because he is the son of PARENTS (plural) who were American citizens. Of course that was not a COURT decision so it is not binding in any way.
The trend now is to assume there are only two categories of citizen, natural born and naturalized but I don’t believe this was the intent of the founders. Unfortunately the answer lies not in the wording of the constitution itself but in the commonly understood definitions of the day.
It boggles the mind to imagine that the founders intended that someone born the son of an American girl who was stil of minor status and a father who had british citizenship could be an American president.
That is the Donofrio argument. I don’t subscribe to it, necessarily. But I think it needs to be heard before the SCOTUS.
Polling Data

Does he have hidden records in that regard? The list is open to expansion.
Re: Kenyans hated the English colonials and overthrew them with the help of Marxists. They pointed out that Obama shows all the hatred of the English and the affinity for Marxism that is typical of educated post-colonial Kenyans.

It’s funny. Remember at the beginning of summer, the sudden MSM torrent of articles on the birthers, ridiculing us and repeating Media Matters and FactCheck’s bogus horsecrap? They did that in a coordinated attempt to finally stamp the notion out. Guess what, it did not work.
And I’ll be you anything that they recognize it did not work, and will not be trumpeting these poll numbers on their front pages or leading off their nightly news.
I think ROM and Axelhole are to big 'uns.
Well, I know he worked as their lawyer, so it’s possible the legal records might exist, but I haven’t seen them? Has anyone?
Americans with a functioning brain suspect Zero is a stooge put there via a plot to destroy our country. Find the traitors and you will have the answers for impeachment and cleaning out Gestapo Czars.
Those boys are the puppetmaster’s helpers, not the puppetmaster.
