We just haven't had a man with the ba**s to stand up for what's right running for office. Well, frankly, we have. The Republicans bludgeoned and blackballed him out of the party.

Alan Keyes. He’s never wavered.

I agree that Alan would make a great president but the RINO’s will never support him which is why I say we need a “Conservative Party.” We Republican Conservatives have been duped by the RINOs the same way the Democrat Conservatives have been duped by the left wing of their party and together we’re all going to hell in a hand basket. We “CONSERVATIVES” need to join together and take back our country or this is the end of us. Currently we are watching as Rome burns. Too many are trying to “take back” the Republican Party instead of cutting their loses and moving on. There are too many communists (moderates) in the Republican Party to ever reclaim it in my opinion. If Alan Keyes were to run as either an Independent or to start a new “Conservative Party” I would vote for him in a heartbeat.

The “Independent Party” is made up of all sorts of people. It is NOT a “CONSERVATIVE” Party made up of Conservatives.

Wrong. America’s Independent Party affiliates, leaders, and candidates are 100% Reagan conservatives.
To: EternalVigilance
Forgive me. I don't want to argue and won't. My uncle and aunt are a diehard liberals, both members of the Teamster's Union and a members of the America's Independent Party. If every member of the America's Independent Party were Conservative you all would call yourselves "America's Conservative Party."
Have a great night.

I'm the AIP chairman, and I can tell you that our
affiliation agreement is strict, and studiously adhered to. NO liberals are allowed in our party. Unlike other parties, we're a closed association. You're mistaken.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.
"You're mistaken."
Undoubtedly. I doubt it is my first time being wrong but tell me. If you are all "Conservatives" why did you not name your party the "Conservative Party" and remove any doubt about your group's leanings?

I wrote, Third party efforts have almost always caused the election of the opponent to whichever party from which the candidate split. Pretty much a kamikaze effort that allows simpletons some pleasure during a campaign.
I later wrote on this same thread, Barry Goldwater was right but he couldnt win an important election either. Why are Conservatives so adept at loosing elections?
You wrote, Thats your own idiotic assertion, which bears no resemblance to reality.
Now tell me why you and your conservative friends handed a safe Republican seat to Nancy Pelosi. BTY,I get no pleasure from the fact that I know and understand politics far better than you.

So, let me get this straight: YOUR candidate take a MILLION dollars from the RNC, and spends it to endorse the Democrat, and you blame the CONSERVATIVE for losing the seat? BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!!!!
Yeah, YOUR candidate was soooo much more electable that she had to quit the race!!!
BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!!!!
Oh, you sure understand politics so much better!!!
Check out the election results from Charlotte, where your kind of Republicans lost the mayoralty for the first time in decades, to Greensboro where an unabashed conservative won the mayoralty for the first time!
BWA-HA-HA!!! Even Michael Steele has learned his lesson, but you’re still carrying the water for the pro-abortion, pro-gay, socialist wing of the GOP.
I get no pleasure from the fact that I know... Naw, actually, I enjoyed laughing at you.
