Their plan calls on the states to pick up a huge chunk of the cost. And in order to "avoid" breaking Obama's promise of not adding a "penny" to the deficit, the Dems openly admit their plan will leave tens of millions without coverage.
Obama is the liar here. And he's the one with a plan that is worst than smoke and mirrors: it's smoke and mirrors with a price tag in the trillions, resulting in the destruction of our health system.... and maybe our entire economy.

Just yesterday I was reviewing case law summarires of the NFL's anti-trust exemption, and recall reading a decision from the high court in which it stated that it would be up to congress to remove an anti-trust exemption.
Of course, separation of powers means NOTHING to this treasonous POS wannabe dictator. It means about as much as a lock on a door means to his bruthas- the Acorn workers who want to steal stuff when they aren't registering dead people to vote.
