Wikiwatcher also has info on that IP That's interesting. The user is currently permanently blocked, since April 2008.
And that user made a LOT of edits to Rush Limbaugh's page in 2006.
I'm going to do a bit more research, and compare this user to the anonymous edits in question.

Since it is a gateway to a NAT’d subnet, he could be any computer at the firm. I could be any lawyer, the cleaning woman, or a malicious visitor. If they have insecure wireless, it could be someone in an adjoining office.
If they have an Internet usage policy, they will say whoever did it was in violation, and therefore they are not liable. Your suit is only against the actual individual who did it, and there is no proof as to who that was.
