in a way, we’re lucky that all of the Star Trek series have ceased production...otherwise I’m sure we’d be treated to an episode where an alien species comes to Earth, they are hermaphroditic and it takes eight of them to mate. So they sue in Federation Court for the right to marry. A Klingon named Kah-L’ROHv would no doubt be the villian.
Any show that remotely promotes homosexuality is automatically on the “no watch” list. I was hooked on “Lost” until for some reason they decided that one of the characters needed to be gay. I could see no story line reason for this. This was I believe in the third season. I turned the TV and never paid attention to the show again.
