Spermidine - a simple linear molecule found in large quantities in human sperm and grapefruit - is known to be necessary for cell growth and maturation, and as cells age their level of spermidine is know to fall. Now, Frank Madeo from the University of Graz in Austria and his colleagues have shown that simply feeding certain organisms and cells with the molecule significantly increases their lifespan.

A couple years ago, I found this website article about some european institute study that showed sperm makes women happy and more relaxed.
I used to send the link to my female friends whenever they where in a foul mood. The responses to it was very predictible, from laughs to death threats........

I wonder if grapefruit juice counts. I’ve had that daily for more than 20 years, simply because I like it. And I wonder why grapefruit in particular rather than all citrus fruit.
