The amazing thing about the Texas action is that it makes perfect sense to me.

If some in Texas do not like it, they are free to move to any of the remaining 49 States (57 if you're Obama), that are not seeking Sovereignty from the Federal Government.

When the Federal Government succeeds in infringing on States Rights, the Citizens of those States have nowhere to go. Their only solution would be to move to a Foreign Country that has no problem restricting the Rights of their Citizens.
