Jeb was the best of the Bushes. But I still say, “Hell, no!”
Since when are conservatives taking advice from US News?

We positively MUST defeat nobama in 2012. We need people that can run a hard, vicious campaign and totally destroy nobama.
That is a very short list and Jeb Bush is not on it.
If nobama is reelected in 2012, our country is truly finished, once and for all.
In the meantime, we need to seriously kick some libtard butt in 2010. Retake the House for sure and make a serious run at the Senate.

Yep, this story is a pantload of BS.

Is she? I only saw that she takes on the teacher’s union and based it on that. Take her off the list and replace with:
Senator Jim DeMint

No more Bushes - ever. GW could have been somebody like Brando “On The Waterfront.”
Instead he became Poppy II and was pushing amnesty with McShame.

I had a subscription to US News & World Report, a long time ago.
And then they got “all weird” about the environment, politics and even sports.
The change was drastic. I dropped them like a bad habit.
Apparently they still suck!

This is just an attempt at an "end run" to throw another Bush into the nomination, KNOWING all the time that he would have about as much success as John McCain't.
This is a journalist version of the dems crossing the lines at the GOP primary to make sure that McCain't was the nominee, knowing he was low man on the totum pole.
The one candidate who would excite the base is the one he tried to throw furtherest under the bus, Sarah Palin.
DO NOT FALL FOR ANYONE THE LIBERAL, STATE-RUN MEDIA TRIES TO ENDORSE...IT IS THE TROJAN HORSE TRICK ALL OVER AGAIN.
The people are speaking, and no one is speaking of anyone named 'Bush' for the next election. Agreed, he would be much better than what we have, but I don't think a Bush would have the collateral to even getting close to getting elected.
Just remember, "INCUMBENTS OUT, ONE AND ALL".
A massive house/senate cleaning would go a looooonnnnggggg way in refreshing our country and democracy. Future elected officials would think twice before twarting the will of the people if the "career politicans' are kept at bay. We never need another "Lion" in the Congress...time equals corruption.
When the pitcher stops listening to the coach, they take him out of the game.
In addition to ALL INCUMBENTS OUT, we should also try to do ALL LAWYERS OUT...lawyers propose and pass laws from other lawyers...not the people.

I have been predicting this. Bet on it.

But no executive experience. No Commander in Chief experience. And as much as I really like him we need him at capital hill.

And then they got all weird I remember in the 70s that USNWR was the only remotely right leaning news magazine out there.

Not only is this story from June (and a LOT has happened since then, especially with Sarah Palin), BUT Jeb might as well forget about it...his trial balloon is filled with lead.
To: anonsquared
Not Liberal Lingle. Daniels said he didn’t want it. and don’t know the other guy.

It's Not ImpossibleTrue. Half the country could die, and the rest might get stoned.
That might help him, if he changed his last name.
Maybe get a Hawaiian COLB.

If you’re not in the fight in 2009, don’t come knocking in 2011.
There aren’t any perfect candidates out there, no one with whom I agree with 100%. But perfection isn’t what we need, what we need is someone who is principled and a street fighter. I want someone who isn’t afraid to stand up. I want someone who isn’t afraid to speak up. I want someone who knows what the constitution means and what freedom means and isn’t embarassed of it.

The Bush brand is toast. We’ll take Jeb back as governor, though.
