My guess is it is genuine, or at least Smith thinks it is genuine. Why would Smith perjure himself in a sworn affidavit?

Smith tried originally to sell this "Kenyan BC" on eBay for $1 million. Smith is a career scam artist with a lengthy criminal record of fraud-related convictions.

It is of course possible that Smith himself has been scammed by some Kenyans looking to make a quick buck.

Yes, that's very possible.

I cannot work with Orly Taitz any longer. She wants me to lie under oath.

Lie about what?

Those two have to get along some how.
And a “ZOT” is a poster who was deleted from FR’s website.

If it’s genuine, please explain why it lists Mobassa, Central Province (Kenya) as the birthplace in 1961 when in 1961 Mombassa was part of Zanzibar.

If BO was born in Zanzibar, he’s still ineligible, but he’s supposed to be Kenyan.

did you see that Orly filed a motion to have Kreeps removed from the case due to ‘conflict of interest’ ?

I know Gary Kreep. He and I have had some disagreements, dating back to our days in Young Americans for Freedom, but he's a godo solid conservative and I'm happy to hve him on the case. Why does Taitz want Gary removed, and what is the alleged "conflict of interests"?

It sounds like she's trying to monopolize the case for herself.

he was elected president without ever having to prove he is eligible. It can’t get any worse then that.

Sure it can. His organization ACORN is being proved to be every bit as corrupt as we knew it to be, film by film. The 2008 election was a fraud. We're throwing billions of taxpayer's dollars at an organization that supports election fraud and slave trafficking.

We have a "president" who cannot prove he is eligible to hold office. We have a growing pile of evidence that the organization that he is associated with is highly corrupt. We have more people losing their homes and jobs every month.

It’s not just a terse message - read through the comments (”Channel Comments”) and you will find several from the past 24 hours in which Lucas Smith makes multiple allegations.

If you scroll down, once you get to the link, he has made a statement on the left hand side.

Yeah, I'm seeing his post now. This all has to do with the conflict between Kreep and Orly.

I'm losing my Internet connectivity...Comcast messing with it again.

“what is a ZOT” ?

I first saw that term on the Usenet Oracle humor mailing list (later the Internet Oracle). The way the Oracle worked was that you emailed in a question and was given a question to respond to in exchange. When responding to the question, you were to assume the identity of the Oracle (and his lovely assistant Lisa). The most humorous of the Q/As were posted to a closed Usenet group `rec.humor.oracle'.

When responding as the Oracle, it became common to ZOT really stupid questions (but in a humorous manner, or it wouldn't make the highlights) and banish the questioner from existence.

On FRee Republic, it means sudden termination of a userid.

P.S. Love the ZOT! graphic.

Why don’t birth certificates in Tawain list the USA as the country? Tawain has legally been an overseas territory of the USA since 1945.

Mombasa was administered by the British as part of Kenya after July 1, 1895. It was nominally part of Zanzibar, but since the British administered it as part of Kenya, your objection isn’t cogent.

Yeah, I'm scrolling as long as my Internet connection holds up. ....

I just read that Smith felt that Kreep offered to buy his Obama birth certificate so it would not see the light of day in a court room.

Actually, what I posted in 73 is what Orly wants Smith to testify to.

I thought this was thoroughly debunked. That land had been leased to Kenya and was effectively a part of Kenya and in fact, achieved independence before the rest of Kenya.

I m sorry to be off the track on this but WHY is this Zot stuff ? .... yea its a newbie (I assume ) posting this but what is posted is from Smiths site. I assume he is going off the deep end but Im not sure about this Orly character either. I have followed this for quite a while and this post seems to me to just be a straight forward account of what is happening in that part of the world.

You see, in order for the DOJ lawyers to debunk Smith's exhibit, they will have to be into trial mode!

Maybe that's what Smith is afraid of. If this case goes to trial (a long shot, I believe, but that's beside the point) someone is going to demand he hand over this BC. Smith might have thought it could fetch some cash on eBay but, if it is fake and he knows it, he surely knows it won't stand up in court. Then he has the whole problem with submitting fraudulent evidence. So why did he let Orly submit it? Maybe he never thought things would get this far.

Just speculation on my point.

And, with much regret, I'll have to check back on this thread in the morning as it's past my bedtime.

At any rate, I'll be curious to see how this plays out in the next few days.
