My guess is it is genuine, or at least Smith thinks it is genuine. Why would Smith perjure himself in a sworn affidavit? There’s nothing in it for him but trouble, even if as I believe he is telling what he thinks is the truth. It is of course possible that Smith himself has been scammed by some Kenyans looking to make a quick buck.
It’s obvious to any rational person that Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be POTUS. His own behavior of sealing his birth and school records guarantees that.
