Socialist Health Care
Repeal Defense of Marriage Act
Cap and Tax
These guys are going to be popular. And we’re going to be busy.
Baldwin is a homo too? I didn’t know that.
This is a drop in the bucket compared to the other stuff they’re pulling.
Don’t look at the waving hand.
I dare them. It will never pass the house, let alone the Senate. So, they will be spending political capital (what little if any is left) on a dead issue.
GREAT!
We should all be rooting for such moves by the liberals.
You’re correct but this is something that people have spoken out overwhelmingly against.
and they are, evidently, going to introduce immigration legislation by the end of the year too. They’re bound and determined to commit political suicide
The gays are pushing it too far. They will not gain affirmation of their affliction ~ most likely people will simply return to the position that they are abhorrant.
A commercial should be made with the entire montage of the ‘socialist, anti-American, agenda’ that these RATs are trying to shove down the throats of Americans. I would gladly contribute to such an effort. Plus the entire congressional elections should be ‘nationalized’ in terms of a national ‘repeal agenda’ of all this crap these RATs are trying to do.
Blowing smoke...he knows that the states rights debate will bring up Roe v. Wade.
Whether repeal of DOMA will ultimately be on that list or not, comprehensive immigration reform is the next thing they plan to do. And their plan is to do that prior to the 2010 elections. Lots of luck to them.
Our diocese have been collecting signatures for two weeks now.

and people who live off government entitlements
I have always said that the left’s main problem is that they are math-impaired. Now they think that pandering to the 2 percent of the population who believes they are gay will turn the tide in their favor.
if someone made a documentary of what was going on in Connecticut and Mass ... and showed it to “the heartland”, people would see what the future holds if this movement is not squashed .... by the time people see the seriousness, it is often too late.
For the benefit of those who may not know, could you please describe some of the aftereffects of the legalization of gay marriage in those states? How has it changed things there?
i have heard 100 stories, I will give you one of the tame ones:
I was walking on the campus of Central Connecticut State University and noticed that a group called ‘True Colors’ was running a gay-bi-lesbian-transgender Day for high school students who showed up in buses. They had speakers from Gay groups and then had break-out room for discussion on the challenges of the GBLT community and other lifestyle stuff. I was annoyed that it was at a state school. Then later I found out that the organizers were paid by the state Goverment and the University was officially sponsoring the event, not just letting them use the school.
Public libraries are full of the gay literature and high schools have “GBLT and friends” clubs that do activism and discussion with guest speakers, etc.
it is far worse than what I describe.
