Good work. Now will a conviction get appealed? Supreme Court? Our illustious leaders at the Justice department?
They’ve been laying the groundwork and its obvious our laws mean nothing to them.

I hope for justice but don’t expect it....

This is not Sean’s baby.
It’s Beck’s.

Beck has proven to get things done.

Now after these $10 a hour thugs are scraped up off the street, where they were thrown under the ACORN bus, perhaps a few will spill how they were TOLD to get names on the forms, no matter what... I’d like to see a few hundred thousand community disorganizers thrown in jail for this.

Holder will get hold of this and drop the charges just like he did for the Black Panther intimidation case earlier this year.

He cannot condone prosecution of those who support Zer0.

There have already been ACORN whistleblowers who have been granted deals in order to implicate ACORN leaders and higher ups. This will undoubtedly continue because there are good decent but deluded and too trusting people out there who would do anything to avoid a prison sentence.

Arrest a few lower level grunts (carefully chosen because they can’t nail anyone higher up) and then declare that the issue is over.

"good decent and too trusting"? How do you completely make up names for voter registration and not be included in the criminal element? I understand you are trying to put the blame on those who encouraged them to do this, but they are not good and decent if they did it in the first place.

I would like to see them all get slammed for it.

It’s not easy to get eleven people to agree to be part of a criminal conspiracy to subvert the Constitution. They must screen these ACORN folks very closely. Maybe Van Jones was the HR screener.

So do I. But the tools these criminals use are uneducated and easily led people. You pay them or bribe them and they will do anything to keep from living on the street or in a homeless shelter. I believe it is these people who may just turn on their slave masters and turn them in especially when it comes to intimidating these people to perform illegal activity and face the definite possibility of being prosecuted and going to jail or prison. Of course there are some perhaps most who do it willingly but there are a few who do not understand or realize what they are doing until something opens their eyes.

Thank goodness these oppressed souls will be able to earn some of

Hiya Pollyanna.

For every fake card turned up, there are probably 500 that went thru and voted. Until we start hanging these people by the gonads, (figuratively speaking, of course), there is no need for them to stop. Besides, half these ACORN workers probably spend a large percentage of the year in jail anyway, so the present practice of slapping their hand means zero as a deterrent.
