Over 80 % of US money in circulation is contaminated with cocain residue.

It was only 20% before Zero Hussein got his hands on it.

Why do you think he calls it "stimulus" money.

The 4th:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. ”

It's extreme understatement to reference the use of RICO solely against drug criminals...or even organized crime in general.

This law has been used in several states for many other things that were not even remotely intended in the original Act. For example, some CT jurisdictions confiscate the cars of people arrested for drunk driving simply based on the field sobriety test. Gone..permanently.

Also, RICO has been used against pro-life demonstrators.

The broad swath this law has cut through the remnants of the U.S. Constitution is Further described here

Pre conviction asset forfeiture is about as un-American as anything can be.

I'm in a bit of a funk tonight and am beginning to think, the way things are going, that it's not worth having any assets. If the gubmint isn't going to take them, tax the begessus out of them or seize your home by eminent domain, what is the point?

Some stole the friggin' valve stem caps covers off my car today while I was parked in any one of a half-dozen places doing errands. WTF? Vultures and thieves. They're everywhere. I'm surrounded by vultures and thieves. I'm ready to throw in the towel to this government and society in general.

My Jag caps have been gone for ages. First thing to go in Massachusetts, along with the tires & hub caps.

Sorry for my rant. But it wouldn’t irk me so much if I had gone into the city or a big parking garage, etc. but it was here in town; considered by some a very up-scale community.

The whole point being that it seems wherever you turn, someone is ready-willing and able to rip you off. That includes the sticky fingers of our government institutions. I’ve about had enough.

End the damn “war”.

You are forgetting a little thing called facts. This crap was going on before the "drug war" so there is zero reason to believe that legalizing drugs would stop this. Therefore this needs to be opposed in and of itself not simply as part of drug laws.

Look into the behavior of game wardens and when that all started.

Next contestant.

Sorry.
Separate issue using the same tactics.

Compare the budgets, manpower, arrests and confinement from the “War On (Some) Drugs” to that of game wardens. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

While I’ll agree that the extra-judicial powers of game wardens preceded the WO(S)D, there’s no comparison in terms of abuse and effect. In face, many drug warrents are served with the presence of a game warden in order to get that extra edge. You’re not telling me anything new here, but thanks for playing.

Them, sir, are the FACTS.

Once we end the most aggregious abuses eminating from the WO(S)D, you can start a crusade against the game wardens and their “enhaced” authorities to search and seize.
