The NMA is a great organization. They got the 55 limit repealed and have kept up the fight for motorists’ rights.

I think the worst place to be busted for DUI is when you kill a family because you are too drunk to drive. But I guess that’s just me.

What’s worse is when a cop has a 0.08 motorists pulled over at a “roadblock” who was driving with proper care, and no evidence of intoxication, while a 0.20 drunk goes unapprehended before he kills that family.

For those who missed this back in December. Too funny!!

High school students use speed cameras to get back at enemies.

What model Tom-tom does that? Can you keep it up-to-date, with new locations added? How much is this GPS model? Thanks.

There are and always have been plenty of laws to cover this, without a bunch of “special” laws and circumstances.

Some of us who destroy cameras are not kids...

I was trying to be “non-committal”. ;)

I’ve noticed the camera poles here in the seattle area. It looks like one could use a wood handled ax or maul to “crimp” the mast near the base and then easily pull it down.

I’ve never been sufficiently compelled to do it but my mind just naturally goes that way when I see any “big brother” stuff going on.

On a side note, I can get those cameras to flash me pretty much every time. I just approach the already red light at the full speed limit and do a quick “no tire bark” stop just short of the line. The computer anticipates I am gonna run the light and flashes me. Can’t get a ticket for that - yet.
