The whole state justice system is simply a revenue generating scam that is a lot more interested in controlling and picking the pockets of the citizen to feed itself than meeding out sensible justice

What the real motivation at the state level is is the fact that they get Federal matching dollars for all IV-D cases that the state is handling. My experiences with these people dovetails nicely into the usual scenario that state justice is just about as efficient as the state DMV, etc.
I could make the hair stand up on your back if I took the time to type the hundreds of pages of explanation of my case here in NC. State worker incompetence, no knowledge of their own rules, my ex’s multiple perjuries in court (and no one cares to hear or rectify it).....it goes on and on. It’s all about the money and “the children” are just the wrapping on the big box of $hit.
We all need to remember that the justice system IS a part of government and we all know that government screws up everything it touches.
ANd this is the same compassonate bunch that the lefts want to control our healthcare. Not thiers, mind you, but ours.

‘Debtor’s prison’ was outlawed in most places many years ago but has been resurrected under the auspices of the family court.
It should be illegal for any woman to make child-support claims if she was not married to the “father” at the alleged time of conception, unless the “father” has been convicted of rape.
