There was an episode in the Bullwinkle Moose TV series that had Boris Badinov releasing something called “goof gas” into the United States. Everyone became instantly stupid except for Bullwinkle, who had built up an immunity after decades of being stupid.
What I’d like to know is, who released goof gas into the Republican convention last year? I don’t know anything about Meg Whitman, except that I’m certain that she was at that convention. McCain had a natural immunity.
From all the evidence, I conclude she knew nothing about him except as he presented himself, and as others on the cruise presented him.
Too bad she didn’t do any homework before accepting everything at face value. Too bad she blabbed her praise to the world.
I agree with whoever said the bigger problem for her (even than Van Jones) is her susceptibility to the Climate Change hoax.
On either count she looks foolish and ill-informed like her friend McCain.
Their type is always mis-defining the issue...the challenge of our time...to be bipartisanship or just getting something passed etc. when that isn’t it AT ALL.
Right now she thinks learning of his background and repudiating him makes it all hunky dory.
Still clueless.
Thank you for validating why I will never again support the GOP. If the Republicans think they are going to get a boost from Obamacare, they need to think again. Americans are terrified because they know that McCain, Snowe, and all the other miserable RINOs are itching to be the ones Obama seduces. Meg Whitman is just another useful idiot. I will do what I can to stop her from being elected.
Doesnt surprise me. Jones strikes me as a chameleon, capable of bamboozling people by putting on whatever face suits the moment.
When she met him, he probably presented himself as a great admirer of eBay and other entrepreneurial pursuits. She probably has no clue as to the real Van Jones. Of course you can argue that she should. When she finds out the whole story, I expect she will no longer be a fan.
My attitude about Whitman: I just dont see how she could be worse than Ahnald.
I know the mindset that can't refuse a con. They are the young, the gullible, the weak and the poor. I truly hate politicians/crooks that prey on these people. They are the lowest form of human on the planet.
I just emailed Meg Whitman with a link to the video. I let her know that this video has “gone viral”, leaving many Republicans very dismayed that she admires someone who has a history of racism and association with communism and black nationalism.
I also asked that she please do some research on Van Jones... and will hopefully rethink her position and issue a rebuttal to her original position.
“And he and I were on a cruise last summer”
Oh Really. Doing what?
She believes in human-caused global warming. Strike one.
She goes on a “global warming cruise” with a bunch of loonies. Strike two.
She’s so stupid that she doesn’t realize that the vast majority of people on a “global warming cruise” are going to be leftist loonies and can’t be trusted to be of good character. Strike three.
She’s not governor material.
Thanks. I wonder if McShamnesty had won if Meg would have encouraged him to appoint Van Jones as a “green” advisor. These RHINO’s have GOT to go!
While she worked for McCain for a while she is really a Romney pet and he has moved to California to get her elected, even buying a house there.
” of course I did not do a background check of his past over dinner”
She is a liar, this video of her bringing up Van Jones and trying to promote him to this interviewer was made almost a year after the cruise.
