I am notorious for using vile comments and unrestrained profanity almost any time I discuss ANY politician. Just ask any of my 3 friends.

"He doesnt seem to be a trained law enforcement officer, or too socially savvy, and he interjected his personal opinion into a political matter while being filmed, not knowing that he was about to go viral on YouTube." Warning to all people of the world, when you see a Camera pointed your direction YOU ARE BEING SEEN BY MILLIONS OF PEOPLE AND THEY CAN KNOW YOUR NAME AND WHERE YOU LIVE WITH A FEW CLICKS OF THE MOUSE! (At least once the video is uploaded to the net.)
There is no hiding so we all might as well accept it and realize that you can be harshly judged for your "15 minutes".
It is up to us all as individuals how we act and how the world sees us. Don't go crying about privacy, if you are out in public and act a fool its does not matter if a few people near you see it or millions see it on the net. You are still a fool... it just means your audience is little bigger ;-)

I posted that information because the Police Department was getting flooded with calls, and they had to respond with, we don’t have an officer Cheeks. The complaints should go to the right people.

Interesting video Jeff.
Sometimes we have run into the same types of things occurring (even in the Age of Clinton).

Interesting news....
The man is NOT a Police Officer, he is a security guard who works for the school. This Obama Goon needs to be fired. Wesley Cheeks works for Fairfax County School Security. His supervisor is Carl Davis, Mr. Davis's number is 571-423-1200 24-Hour Dispatch/Call Center 703-764-2400 Main Office 703-658-3760 Jim McLain, Security Coordinator Jim.McLain 703-658-3769 Lt. Daniel Townsend, Fairfax County Police/School Liaison Commander Daniel.Townsend 703-658-3707 thanks

re: He may even be a decent school security guard, who knows.)))
I'm willing to give LEO the benefit of a doubt until I have more facts. To do otherwise would be to behave stupidly.
He could have been under specific orders "no graphic images" "no pictures of people", and protesting on school property is different than public places.
But I'd like to know more.

“I believe you are incorrect. In many locations school officers have the exact same powers as cops.”
It doesn't make much difference to me who signs his paychecks, he is not a “Peace Officer”. Ff he can say in public he will make up something to charge you with, and say this is not America anymore - this guy does not belong in any uniform without stripes on it.

..(who hopefully would be covered by the county’s attorneys-—if not, I wouldn’t bankrupt the guy)

Why should the citizens of Fairfax County have to foot this idiot’s bill? Like Columbo(?) used to say “If you can do the crime, you can do the time.”
I really don’t see how you can sue him for expressing his opinion, but in the same vein he shouldn’t be using his ‘powers’ to enforce his personal agenda.
However, the people that hired him should reconsider if they want this guy ‘representing’ them when dealing with the public.
Then if he sues, let his union represent him and the taxpayers will “ONLY” have to pay for half of the trial etc.

Jeff - I emailed this to my address book. If I did not hear that with my own ears, I just simply would not believe it.
Unreal. I did, however, think the man was rather respectful with his stupid comments.
I understand their thinking on some level - the sign is quite contentious but then burning the flag is okay? Libs are crazy.

Why not check the training that school gaurds are required to receive. I believe that yuo will find that he was to stupid to learn anything from the training, not that he did not receice any.

Exactly. In fact, when one reads the vile and profane comments on YouTube, it gives great insight into the culture in which we live. These are real people - very ignorant people - but real nevertheless.
