I thought there was a little hospital at the base. Seems to me that I remember a discussion one night on FR that there was a base hospital. And the main investigative posters said the doctors name checked out as being at Coco Solo at the time.

The “birthers” that I know believe that she is his step-grandmother. She was the old mans 2nd wife. He had 3 main wives, Helima, Akuma and Sarah. But they also believe that she was talking about Obeyme when she stated that she was there when he was born. I was also told that the tape has since been manipulated to say something different now. You know something is fishy when the Kenyan government says there will be no interviews of the family without the Governmnets permission. Then you’ve got that pesky interview with the Kenyan Ambassador who says Obeyme’s birthplace is well known to Kenyans and they visit it.

If we just get that law passed in 5 or 6 key states it would keep a usurper from being able to get enough EC votes to be elected..
I disagree. I believe that while the nation is becoming angry at his policies, it is a great time to use him as an example of why we need to pass vetting laws. We need to point out that he was not properly vetted and that Roger Calero was also on the ballot. Neither were questioned on citizenship. He’s the poster boy for the need for laws.
Sure use him to point why the laws are needed but there are people who think they can get him removed during this term; that isn’t going to happen.
I wouldn’t say it can’t happen. People are angry. I never thought I’d see what we’re now seeing at townhalls. If this continues, he could be investigated.

The law currently says one year, and the notes do not indicate a change going back to at least 1952. However I misspoke a bit. The law 8 USC 1409 Children born out of wedlock actually reads:
... a person born, after December 23, 1952, outside the United States and out of wedlock shall be held to have acquired at birth the nationality status of his mother, if the mother had the nationality of the United States at the time of such person’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.
Notice, it says "nationality", not citizenship. Those are not the same. Nationals are represented by the US, and can carry US passports. Citizens are nationals, but not all nationals are citizens, under US law.
But if you have a link that indicates otherwise, I'd be happy to be corrected.

A soldier doesnt sign up to serve on the condition that his C-in-C got good grades in college or got a certain LSAT score, or was baptized (near as we know, Obama wasnt baptized as a child by his non-Catholic non-faithful Mom).
It’s absurd to demand these as a condition for obeying a military order. The military doesnt work that way.

It doesn’t have to. If you are born in the US, you are a US citizen at the time of birth.

If your father was born on US soil, your father was wrong. If he was a citizen at birth, he was a natural-born citizen. Dual citizenship does not preclude eligibility to be President.
And none of them have provided grade school transcripts. It's almost laughable to put that in the list of demanded documents.
