good post....I just paid my mother’s
i had to hock hard assets to cover it...a beast to accomplish in this economy
a problem many would like to have but just peeling off low 7 figs to pay Obama and going into debt to cover it sucks
anybody got an estate...die in 2010..no tax
we got hit at 45%...and boy howdy did I dance a dance on estate appraisals and the big return...but they still clobbered us ..even after years of planning
and all in a very down year for my asset sectors
Good points made; I think we were commenting on how surprised the woman seemed to have been if she got nothing from Uncle Walter. All he ever gave the American people was socialist indoctrination.
