Oddly enough it doesn't seem to work in Firefox, but works just fine in IE. Go figure. It could be a setting I have on my Firefox that keeps it from morphing, it's a animated gif file.
If anyone uses Firefox and it works let me know and I'll spend some time tracking down the problem on mine.
