Police, and the prosecutors are expressing doubts that it was. Although the story is a bit wierd. They say the shooter/homeowner is 32, while his daughter is 18? Ah, video indicates that the shooter is her step-father. The shootee also apparently had a stepfather. Furthermore the shootee and the shooters stepdaughter have a 1 month old son. Amazingly enough, this did not happen in a trailer park.
Anyway, they are now holding the girl's step-father pending murder charges.
Well, he was too late, the "couple" has a one month old son.

What's important is that he's been decisively removed from the gene pool, and the world's a better place!
