It’s not a rant. It’s a complaint. Re-read my original post. This type of behavior in a private sector leads to additional investigations. If a crime has been committed, “obstruction” is another charge levied.
They are getting away with “special favors” that amount to graft in the private sector. That is what needs to change.
Seriously, weren’t you a bit surprised that Jefferson was actually found guilty? I was. But why should we be?
