Seems to me that if enough states pass regulations about birth certificates in the future (just a handful will do, really) -- Obama won't be able to run for re-election in 2012 without revealing it.

But they had better stick with it! It is the most realistic way out of this mess.
One can slam the "Birthers" all one wants, (and quite a few deserve it) but until this is cleared up, national security and the military chain of command is compromised.
