Ha! Having lived in the Seattle area for 5 years, I'd say that the reason for having August "off" is because that is the only "summer" Western Washington sees. I spent many a 4th of July huddled under a blanket with a fire roaring in the wood stove! You can't depend on it to be warm until August. Of course, you learn to find beauty in cold, drizzly rain, but that's another story.

I have the columns he wrote for the paper in Hawaii saved, but it will take me a while to find them. Do you all have them? How was his name spelled on those. I have saved the above in case they get scrubbed. I can’t find anything where Sr. spelled his name Barack. Only Barak.

At present, subject to new information, I am convinced beyond much room for doubt that Crosi's proposition that places her in Seattle on Saturday, August 19, attending classes is wrong.
I am not the only guy who knows the facts who has interest in the case. Last I recall, two of my Law School classmates who were also there at the same time were still of counsel at Perkins. Either one of them sees Corsi's statement will know he is wrong and that they have an interest in refuting him.
I don't. I want to support WND--if Corsi really manages to get his neck further out on this proposition, I am all for him and will do whatever I can to sustain his position.
Perkins is hired by Obama to advance his marker and they will do that as effectively as they can as I would on the other side.
I have always thought that was a key point with respect to Obama's COLB. Maya was born in Indonesia but she has a Hawaii COLB which says she was born there.
That’s exactly what I thought when I read David’s post — citizen’s class action. I’m sure he has already considered and ruled that out however. That is why military is brought up so often. They would have standing.
Another thought - What about Electoral College? Electors? Would they have standing? If one of the candidates wasn’t qualified to run, the electors were presented with a false choice or fraudulently induced to think they were voting for a candidate who was qualified but, in actuality, was not.

If Maya were born in Indonesia she would be a U.S. citizen through Stanley Ann not because of the Hawaiian certification of live birth which is not authoritative at all to prove citizenship.

t is hard to imagine that young, 17-year-old Stanley Ann Dunham would not have been impressed with the accomplished Davis. He was after all, the imbodiment of all that she had been taught to admire. Davis at this time was 55 years old and married to a 35 year old white sociallite from Chicago. A renowned Communist, athiest, author, journalist, poet, musician and political organizer. To the young Stanley Ann Dunham he must have been the equivalent of a modern era rock star.
Commentators speculate whether Davis might be the reason Stanley Ann Dunham may have told her son, if she told her son, of a desire to attend the University of Chicago. There is no documentation that she ever applied the University of Chicago. Of course the “allegation” that Stanley Ann Dunham had been accepted at the University of Chicago may simply be another example of the “literary license” or just another lie presented by Obama in “Dreams”.

This speculation seems to be based on three facts.

That in 1968 Davis published a hard core autobiograpical, pornograpic novel titled Sex Rebel: Black. In this book Davis notes a sexual liason with “Anne” an underage girl of 13. (Note that Stanley Ann Dunham was 17 when she met Davis).
The book, which closely tracks Mr Davis’s life in Chicago and Hawaii and the fact that his first wife was black and his second white, describes in lurid detail a series of shockingly sordid sexual encounters, often involving group sex.

Just a thought regarding both set of pictures....We know the relative date and source of the airport pictures, because Jr was in them and his size etc were consistant with other information
The nude pictures we really don’t know, who took them, when they were taken and for whom they were taken. Sutoro and Ann were seperated as he had to go early to Indonesia, Who says they weren’t taken for him as a Christmas gift. Or by him to take with him? WHen I first saw them my thoughts were that she sure looked more twentyishe than a teen ager.
Don't forget Anne was an accomplished lyer. He in his denial may have never come to terms with that facet of his mother.
I think I have seen it somewhere--I believe Polarik posted it although that is only my memory which might be incorrect.
With respect to Maya, the issue isn't citizenship--it's how she gets a certificate of birth from Hawaii showing she is born there when she was really born in Indonesia.
Of course we all know that is not uncommon in other states nor contrary to Hawaii law either; any adoption or other child rights case, the court can tell the department of health in many states to show birth in one state when it really occurred somewhere else.
Delegates are a logical choice but so far no one involved officially in the political structure has done anything. That’s why I suggested just us citizen types.
Remember the birth was “registered” in HI. Do we have verification of that....If so, he was born elsewhere, the information was sent to officials there and they made note of it.
Where did we get it was “registered”?
It is my understanding that is also the procedure when one registers a birth at an embassy. Embassy takes the information from the local authorities where they are stationed, and forwards that information to the state of record for the US citizen. It is then registered....
Would it be wired at that time?

I thought that too when I saw them. She looked to be in her 20’s. Then I remembered the “child” models who are 13 and look like they are in their twenties. Ann had her face made up and her hair either short or pulled up. So who knows.
I appreciate your thoughts and hoped for method to correct the mess, but I am not as hopeful that we will be able to correct it at the ballot box because ACORN is right now plotting all manner of devices to corrupt the coming election process. Just as Obama is working overtime to turn the country into a socialistic regime, he has ACORN plotting at breakneck speed on ways to corrupt the coming election and perpetuate the takeover.

How did people from Africa refer to themselves, their race, in 61?

African? (vagely remember a book I read a while back that was a variation of the word African)
