Does HI stamp amended on the BC? I had my BC amended in the state of AR. Mine had a typo that occurred when the clerk typed the date typed instead of date born. I had to jump through hoops putting in a ton of paperwork to have AMENDED stamped across my BC.

This has been covered numerous times but here it is: (1) 0bama's mother was only 17 y/o when Hussein was born and therefore not old enough to confer citizenship on her son. (2) Barack Hussein Obama Sr. was a Kenyan national and therefore a British citizen (Kenya was a colony of GB in 1961).

She was 18 and would have turned 19 in Nov. 1961 on the 29th I think. She was almost 5 months short of the age she needed to be to confer her citizenship. She was 17, almost 18, when he was conceived.
