Yeah, and using America and Americans as the D@MNED collateral! When his A$$ is shipped out in 3.5 years, we (including my grand children) will still be paying HIS stupidly thought debt plan!
D@MN now I need a beer!

Could someone tell me why Obama is now insulting the Philippines? Oh that's right they're an allyCorrection. It's because he is an ignorant poseur totally out of his depth. We Conservatives tried to warn the country he did not have the qualifications or experience necessary to be President. Now he is our national embarrassment (with Biden close behind).

Soon, even the Democrats will start hating Obama and his big mouth.

Imagine the howls from the press if George Bush had made such a gaff.

regardless, a leader and an ally should not be using images like this. In general, it is an attempt to build one’s self up at the expense of the other.

An ally with a huge muslimPhilippines and even Mindanao are overwhelmingly Catholic. The autonomous regions do not have enough votes for complete independence.
Let's not be rude and the terrorists in Philippines are definitely not Muslims, at least not as considered by the mainstream Muslim population. They are gangs who like to kidnap folks for ransom and sometimes cut off their heads. Nothing religious about that. I posted many articles here in the early 2000s about the Abu Sayyaf.

Gaffe or No gaffe: As yet undetermined. The best known Filipino at the moment is Manny Pacquiao and he has better popularity numbers than Obama/Soetoro has ever had. The nation loves him. My wife is a fan.
If Obama/Soetoro thinks a boxer is all there is to the Philippines then perhaps it is a gaffe.

With respect, MILF is an islamic terrorist organization. It’s not a question of being rude, it’s a question of being accurate.

The lesson is President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of the Philippines, the Grand Daughter of President Macapagal.Oh, puhleeze. Of all the reasons to dislike our President Gloria, that is perhaps the least of them. And there's no hyphen between Macapagal and Arroyo, that's Philippine naming convention. A woman always moves her former last name to middle name when she gets married. Always.
My wife tells me that it is widely believed that she had sexual relations with President Bush when he visited.
But at least give President Arroyo some credit, not only does she own the biggest TV station, she puts Dianne Feinstein to utter shame in how much pork she can throw at the first gentleman.

These tensions have been exacerbated by Obamas repeated snubs of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyos attempts to seek a meeting with the U.S. leader or at least receive a return telephone call from him.Oh my. Hell hath no fury like a Philippine woman scorned. This guy really is a n00b.

W is Winston Churchill and Albert Einstein rolled into one man next to this Empty Suit.
Compared to him, take your pick. Clinton's one and Algore's the other, with Carter equalling somewhere in the middle only by virtue of his having been POTUS, however incompetently.
