California the nation's most populous state, with the largest GDP and the greatest impact on the entire U.S. economy is collapsing.Sorry, but I had to stop reading there. California is as healthy as it wants to be. Unfortunately, the leeches are tenacious and think they're not killing the host, but the leech next to them is.

Hopefully, the country is awakening from being obami kool- aid drinkers and getting angry. I would suggest sending this article to EVERYONE in your email address book, including politicians.

Pure insanity. When it finally crashes, get out of the way!
The stock market won't crash. It's the dollar that is going to crash - badly.
However, the author got one thing wrong: All of which adds up to $71,000,000,000,000 (as in trillion!). In short, the Obama regime has in six short months made the United States the most indebted country in the history of world civilization!
Economically speaking Obama's worse than almost every president before him, but after 6 months he's just the tip of the iceberg. Expansionary monetary policy and deficit spending have become the trademark of both the Democrat AND the Republican party (with the exception of Ron Paul, maybe). The resulting housing bubble means that today there are enough empty houses in the US to house all of the British population. Talk about a mis-allocation of resources, all because Greenspan and Bernanke wouldn't set market-compatible interest rates.
Not 6 months, the whole thing has been 20 times that in the making.

The author forgot the most important restriction of freedom: the IRS has been on a hiring binge with a boatload of new auditors, collectors, and investigators. The big, very bad IRS is back without mercy. The horror, briefly interrupted by Republicans, will be unleashed in a new horror show. Conservatives beware, the IRS bell tolls for thee.

Dealing with the IRS will be easy, actually. Go Galt. Earn the minimum you can subsist on. Starve the beast.

I heard on TV that (relative to the "Advanced Care Consultation" part of the plan) every person over age 65 will be required to meet every six months with some govt. official to discuss what the person wants regarding health care at the end of life. I sure many others have already caught your mistake, but it is not every 6 months. It is every 5 years, but that is how the plan stands now, I am sure that in a few years they will shorten the time limit between visits considerably.

If the stock market goes up 40% and the dollar devalues 50% the stock market went down.

Just a note as an X-Califorian, check the maps, it is Sodom Francisco and LAraza that dictate to the rest of California how we will spend our money. As a mining, logging, and general all around country kind of guy, I left California because I hate being told I must pay more taxes so some guy in Sodom Francisco can get surgically altered to look like a girl and pee with my wife.
You can no more have a pissy attitude against Californians than have one against conservatives in the USA. Mob rule is in effect, the only question is how much of the mob voted against me and how much was the vote just plain Mob.
