Hey, thanks for the ping to your play! The last play I read was “Arsenic and Old Lace” - years ago in high school.
Obviously BHO would have “calibrated” his words more carefully if his teleprompter had been there. Maybe it could have prodded him with your choice of: “This is a question and answer session about health care. Next question, please.” He’s pretty slick with it in place.
BTW - Just a suggestion - have them answer a random question before rewarding them with free beer. :)

You are right about TOTUS having been there. He would have handled it smoothly for POTUS.

He’s not even good at spinning, he just comes off as a bigger fool. He’s so cocky and probably has always had his way his entire life that he thinks he can say anything and everyone will just believe him. I’m flabbergasted that this idiot was elected. The other world leaders must be just shaking their heads in disbelief that the totus is spending so much time on this isssue or even got involved in it in the first place. He’s probably spent more time on this than he did with the Russians.
Well executed, given how much he screwed this up. But Obama f***ed up here, too. THIS ISN’T ABOUT RACE AT ALL. If you have “empathy” for Gates, this is just about an excessive use of police force. If you have more “empathy” for what the police have to go through, then it was Gate’s attitude that was the problem, something that didn’t even register with Obama. I doubt the other issue is going to go away; the mainstream in this country hasn’t figured out that their president doesn’t have very much respect for them, but they’re beginning to.

Even if so, that’s because they just haven’t had the opportunities that whites have! They can’t be held responsible for their own actions! They need guidance and support, particularly large amounts of financial support! And they must be told how to vote!!
