Exactly what I’ve been saying. Even if BHO was born in Kenya we are a day late and a dollar short. He was elected. He was certified. The Electoral College confirmed him. We (not us, the voters in general) made our bed, now we have to sleep in it. There was plenty of information documenting BHO’s well known ties and associations with dangerous radicals, communists, and terrorists, but the people of this country could have cared less. Democracy is a joke in this country. We should go back to the republic.

i would also support bringing back the public stocks at that point (think medieval england and rotten vegetables)
He holds the office of President, he can be impeached.
The military can remove him. They have an obligation to follow lawful orders. If this guy cannot be president, they cannot lawfully follow his orders. If they do they are as guilty as he is. Difference is they will receive jail time.
It’s inconceivable that Obama and his high-class lawyers would use that defense. If he did, his popularity would plummet to zero and he’d be ridden out of town on the proverbial rail.

You do NOT want this to happen.
I’m old enough to remember the chaos after Nixon’s impeachment and resignation. You could seriously argue that Clinton’s misdeeds and impeachment gave al Queda an open door to hone their plots against us.
Bringing down a head of state does no good to the state. It is a tragedy.
The last thing our nation needs at this critical time is a constitutional crisis.
That said, I want Obama exposed. I want him discredited. I want the truth out. I want him to be politically impotent. I want his party, those who are responsible for this mess, to lose badly in next year’s elections.
Then we can take care of business in 2012.
It’s real simple the US Military will hold the gun to Congress’ head to act and impeach him. If Congress doesn’t act, they will move and it won’t be pretty.
I think that sleazy lawyers will try ANYTHING the Courts will approve.
No amendment would be needed. The Constitution already grants Congress the power to set the rules of citizenship. The problem with a Mombasa birth would be that Stanley Ann wasn't quite old enough to pass on citizenship. That's a mere technical problem within Congress's jurisdiction.

You would be suprised about how many of them that will do it in a heartbeat. They have the legal authority and allegience to defend the Constitution to do so.
That sounds far from ‘’simple’’ to me.
I could see this play out in federal court with a challenge of his eligibility. If the courts...certainly to be appealed up to the SCOTUS ..determine his ineligibility he would be removed from office and Biden would become President. The next problem would be what to do with executive orders and bills signed into law by him ...again more court challenges.
I remember Watergate as well. In the larger scheme of things, Watergate was a relatively minor scandal, almost a juvenile prank by Washington standards.
No matter how liberal many of Richard Nixon’s domestic policies were, the liberal/left in this country would never forgive him for outing their golden boy, Alger Hiss, for being the despicable communist traitor he really was.
The liberals were waiting to nail Nixon on ANYTHING they could grab a hold on. Watergate was ALL ABOUT PAYBACKS. Period.
It is “simple”. It’s the law and it is one of the role’s and responsibilities of our military built into the Constitution by our forefathers to ensure that if a tyrannical government is elected it can be removed by force if necessary. The military is autonomous and will follow the civilian leadership if it is legal. If that leadership becomes criminal and subversive to the Constitution they will destroy it.
- should the elections be nullified?
- should the entire Administration be removed?
- should Judges appointed by Obama resign?
- Laws signed by Obama invalid, including Porkulus?
- US military will no longer have valid CiC, what then?
- GM gets it's former CEO back, bankruptcy nullified? etc etc
Well I hope I am surprised then. I hope you are a right and I am wrong. I think a lot of the top brass in DC are political armchair generals and pencil pushers and do what they are told. I hope and pray I am wrong, but this is my impression.
What ammounts to a military coup would be entirely unprecedented in the history of our nation which has a long standing tradition of civilian control over the military.
But if Biden was selected by a candidate not qualified to run to begin with, is Biden legally the VP? What about the entire administration?
