Whatever happened to escrow and title insurance -you know, no deedey no money. Or does the really smart money just skip that step? Fer cryin' out loud---the guy's a latino---they don't hafta deal wit tings like dat. Besides, dey got der pal Sonia on da court.

No way could this guy have saved nearly $4 million with his job background. W-e-l-l-l-l....he coulda had 1-2 businesses on the side. Importing "white stuff" from Columbia via Mexico.......to help "Hispanics Across America" (sob).
