I am NOT suggesting this Major is not a good guy. I am interested in getting to the bottom of this whole thing—not because I believe that he has a valid point—but rather that I find it outrageous that anyone can be elected without at the very least, proving that he is eligible to run to some low level magistrate in Iowa or New Hampshire.
That said, I heard on the news last night that his orders had been rescinded, and therefore there was no issue to place before the court.
If I am wrong, great. I wouldnt be the first time.

All American soldiers need to be very concerned about legal matters. Why ? Because the world holds our soldiers to a higher standard. That is one of the reasons why we remained as the worlds only super power. We don't like it, but US soldiers are constantly being charged with war crimes. Heck even our own congress has gone after our soldiers. How many Russian soldiers have been charged with war crimes in the Caucasus ? So if it turns out that we have an illegal commander, then any action these soldiers take on the battle field can be used against them in a court of law.
