“Can’t bring charges against him if the military changed/recinded his orders.”
Sure they can. They can claim that the Major violated X, Y, or Z under the UCMJ and railroad him out of the military.

Or even better.
It will list the father as frank marshall davis or "unknown" thus making his whole life that he allegedly wrote about in those two books a big fat lie.

(Fred Thompson appears human-sized because he is actually standing a million miles away.)

Except that if his father is Davis, then he's a natural born citizen, and we are stuck with him for at least 3 1/2 more years, by which time we might be stuck with him a whole lot longer.

Even if Davis is his father, it will piss off a lot of people who swooned over him after reading “his” books because they will finally see him as the liar that he is.

But I don't think it's that. Embarrassing, but I'm sure he could throw his mother under the buss, along with Grandma Toot, and be "forgiven" in the Lame-stream media. That would probably calm down the sheeple enough to assure his reelection, with a little help from ACORN of course.

I just wish that ACORN would be investigated under RICO. Sadly that will never happen under 0bama or any other demoncrap administration.
