What are you talking about?????

I state taht we need nukes for now, but someday, we won’t because humanity will move past the need for them.

Yeah, long time from now. We won’t live to see it.

I agree with every single post, right up to mine. I’ve gone through every single world non-nuke posit that I can think up, and realize that it’s the necessary evil in the hands of a ‘’good and moral nation’’ as we (once had) in e-pluribus unum, liberty, and God We Trust. Minus any of those, I’m all for a nuke free world as long as all of our other weapons are confiscated and the world is also safely ruled by Jesus or Ronald Reagan.

Until then - and afterwards - we now also need to worry about China’s nanotech weaponry - likely (?) coming to a shore near you.

Read Lev Navrozov, who was behind Reagan’s ‘’Evil Empire’’ coined term...We’re sleeping while the Chinese work through the nights past.

[Article] ....and nuclear fuses were accidently shipped to Taiwan.

....on their way to mainland China, at the behest of some Clintonista left-behind agent, for Mr. Clinton's PLA friends as a birthday present for Yah Lin "Charlie" Trie, Slick's old PLA Intelligence case officer.

One of the recommendations of the commission is that we start to have a dialogue with the Japanese about strategic capabilities in order both to help enlighten them and to provide reassurance that they will be protected by the U.S. nuclear umbrella.

Obama's mishandling of North Korea will be the reason Japan will transition from virtual nuclear superpower to actual, if they haven't already done so.

someday, we won’t because humanity will move past the need for them.

That would require evolving into a different species. Human's have a war making disposition woven into their DNA. Robots have entered the battlefield and have started on the same high speed evolutionary path. And they don't fear annihilation.

A nuclear arms race, along with a race to build a black hole missile, starts anew once we detect an alien civilization in our galaxy.

Humanity is in an adolesence now, we are too soon from the cave, too far from the stars as Bradbury put it.

We WILL continue to evolve our societys, think about it, over 6 billion humans live on this planet, nearly all of them are not killing each other, the number of wars are actually declining in number, especially since the collapse of the Soviet Union.

I am an optimist long term for humanity because I see factual reasons to think so. Especially of note is the fast spread of democracy in the world in the last 100 years.
It’s stunning, and few realize it.
