That and the bozos in the coasts! If you look at the voting in the House you will see that the vast majority of support for Cap & Tax is from the lefties on the coasts.
Now, the beauty of the Senate is that there is no weight for population, rather, all states have an equal say. I don't see the Senators from the Midwest, mid-Atlantic and South voting to send their tax dollars and jobs to bail out NY, NJ, CA, WA, etc.
